Over two decades, Irfan has founded and led multiple successful businesses like I S H Stars Technical Services in the UAE, spanning diverse sectors and accumulating deep insight into the challenges faced by SMEs, Free Zone entities, and high-growth companies operating in the region. His firsthand experience as a business owner gives him an unmatched appreciation for what UAE businesses need from their financial partners, not just compliance, but strategic clarity and commercial relevance.

Zakaullah Khan is a highly experienced accounting and financial management professional with over 10 years of hands-on expertise across the UAE business landscape. Bringing a rare blend of technical accounting skill and commercial acuity, Zakaullah serves as the operational and compliance engine behind Sandstone's client engagements.

Zakaullah specialises in UAE VAT compliance, FTA audit management, management reporting, and financial consulting for UAE-based businesses, with particular expertise in Free Zone structures, the shipping and logistics sector, and cross-border service providers.

In addition to his role at Sandstone, Zakaullah is the founder of Zia & Zaka Associates, a Pakistan based business providing accounting and tax services to clients in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia and USA. This entrepreneurial background gives him a firsthand understanding of the commercial and compliance pressures faced by UAE business owners making him not just an accountant, but a true business partner.
